Collaborate with QA/QC teams to reduce defects and ensure compliance with automotive industry standards (ISO/TS , IATF ).
Implement continuous improvement initiatives (Kaizen, Six Sigma) to enhance product quality
Drive lean manufacturing practices to minimize waste and reduce production costs.
Monitor and improve production KPIs (OEE, cycle time, downtime, etc.).
Oversee maintenance schedules to ensure minimal equipment downtime.
Enforce adherence to health, safety, and environmental (OHSAS) regulations.
Foster a safety-first culture on the shop floor.
Ensure compliance with industry-specific regulations and certifications.
Lead, train, and motivate a team of supervisors, engineers, and operators.
Conduct regular performance reviews and skill development programs.
Promote teamwork, accountability, and a continuous improvement mindset.
Manage production budgets, ensuring cost-effective operations.
Analyze variances and implement corrective actions to reduce costs.
Coordinate with procurement and supply chain teams to manage material costs and inventory levels.
Work closely with NPD, Quality, Supply Chain, and Marketing departments to align production with market demands and innovations.
