Job Description:

Responsibilities

Gathering, capturing, integrating, analysing, and using data to increase efficiency and reduce errors throughout the manufacturing process.

Ideate, Implement and maintain Digital Manufacturing solution.

Project management, coordination, identifying and addressing problem areas in deploying Digital solutions.

Support facilities in identifying and implementing enhancements and modifications to adopt Digital Solutions for complex manufacturing processes.

Leading development/deployment support on planning, development, operation, and maintenance of bill of materials, processes, or resource tools in Teamcenter Manufacturing.

Coordinate with cross functional team Design, Engineering, Production, Manufacturing Engineering, Quality, IT etc. for deploying solutions.

Ensure development of new features and continuous improvement Implementation and sign off of digital solutions.

Providing direct/indirect supervision, coaching and development for operations technical staff and support areas.

Good multitasking and communication skills

Degree/Experience Requirement

BE/ME (Mechanical/Mechatronics/Digital Manufacturing) or

0 to 10 years of combined experience in fields of ManufacturingManufacturing SystemsAutomationDigitalIIOT desired.

Good knowledge on Industry , Experience in ERP/MES Implementation desired.

Have exposure to implementation of at least. one or more end to end digital/IIoT solution.

Edu : Any degree , BE Dip /ITI

Exp : 0 to 10 yrs

SAlary : 15k to 50k

Location : Kanchipuram chennai , chengalpattu
