Key Responsibilities:

1. Process Optimization:

- Analyze and improve production processes to increase efficiency and reduce costs.

- Implement lean manufacturing principles and techniques.

2. Equipment Maintenance and Improvement:

- Ensure proper maintenance and repair of production equipment.

- Identify opportunities for equipment upgrades and improvements.

3. Quality Control:

- Develop and implement quality control processes to ensure product quality.

- Collaborate with the quality team to resolve quality issues.

4. Production Planning and Scheduling:

- Create and manage production schedules to meet customer demand.

- Collaborate with the production team to ensure smooth production operations.

5. Cost Reduction and Budgeting:

- Identify opportunities for cost reduction and implement cost-saving initiatives.

- Develop and manage budgets for production-related expenses.

6. Safety and Compliance:

- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.

- Identify and mitigate potential safety hazards.

Requirements:

1. Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.

2. Experience:

- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a production engineering role.

- Experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in the [industry] sector.

3. Skills:

- Strong knowledge of production processes, equipment, and materials.

- Experience with lean manufacturing principles and techniques.

- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
