Job description
3-15 years experience in Design, drawing, planning, Cost Estimation and other fabrication related detailing of Pharmaceuticals and Chemicals process equipments.
Job Profile: -
• Candidate should have good knowledge of design of various Chemical and Pharmaceutical Process Equipments such as heat exchangers, Reactor Vessels, Driers, filtration equipments etc.
• Candidate should have good knowledge of preparing Bill of Materials(BOM) and bill of quantity (BOQ) preparing the fabrication drawing & planning for fabrication and execution of work.
• Candidate should have good hands on experience on manual designing and by using softwares.
• Candidate should have good experience of design codes like ASME, API, TEMA etc.
• Candidate should have good communication skills with respect to interaction with clients, understanding the challenges of customer and giving correct in time solution.
• Investigate and undertake analysis on how to improve existing projects or components
• summarise scientific and engineering principles in an easy to understand manner write technical reports to summarise findings.
• Identify new systems and processes to drive quality, efficiency and save costs.
• Plan effectively to ensure projects are delivered on time and within the approved budget
• Flexible approach to work and the ability to adapt to change
• Design planning, design verification.
• Monitoring of design changes, overruns, engineering reworks.
• Preparation of site action reports for engineering errors in design.
• Site visits for collection of design inputs and review meetings with clients etc.
• Vendor visits for review meetings and technical discussions.
• Design automation, weight reduction and cost reduction
• Training of subordinates.
