Location - East, West,North,South,North East zone - This role includes 60% of Travelling in North east and rest would be work from home.

JD - Create, monitor, and evaluate training program’s effectiveness, success, and ROI periodically and report on them for Management reviews

Maintain a keen understanding of training trends, developments and best practices

Draw an overall or individualized training and development plan that addresses needs and expectations

To develop training content/ programs coordinating with Training Manager and Marketing Team

To execute and drive brand values and philosophy through all training and development activities

To incorporate product marketing content with insights on key differentiators and messages

To drive the various promotional/Educational campaigns, events and trainings related to the Keysoul Brand

Design different training programs and imparting these trainings in the required set of people Associate Buyers/Depots/Stores/Leaders Etc.
