Job Purpose:
To have a full understanding and knowledge of IoT Products & Solution (Resonant Hardware and Software for which training would be provided), and manage customers through their life cycle by giving demonstration of the product, submit customer proposals, follow up with the customer and communicate with the internal team members.
Job Responsibilities:
Responsible for Products & Solutions delivery to end customers and business partners/resonant associates , with internal and external communication ownership.
Internal Team consists for tech support team members.
External is Customers, Leads, Business Partners & Resonant Associates
Pre Sales Support:
Understand Resonant Products and Services across commercial real estate, solar and industrial sectors (become an expert overtime) , and apply the knowledge for churning out integrated solutions, estimates , quotations, demos to the customer profiles handed over to you. Familiarity with Vyapar app is a plus.
Order Fulfilment:
Upon Customer order, plan delivery timelines with internal stakeholders, breakdown tasks into available material, procurement requirement, timelines, production planning, vendor management.
After Sales Support
Plan customer onboarding , demos, customer queries discussed and delivered via internal stake holders , recurring payment tracking , reminders, reporting
