* Identifying market trends and customer needs to develop new HIS products

*Developing in-depth knowledge of HIS products, their features, functions, and capabilities.

*Overseeing the development, implementation and support of HIS products.

Monitoring market trends and competitor activities and providing recommendations for product improvements.

*Conducting test scenarios with QA aborating with cross-functional teams such as sales, marketing, engineering, and customer service to ensure product success.

Preparing reports on product performance and customer feedback.
