What You’ll Do
● Gain a deep understanding of customer experience, identify and fill product gaps
● Translate concepts to inputs for the UIUX/design teamand generate new ideas that grow
market share, improve customer experience and drive growth
● Take responsibility for the entire life-cycle of key product areas from prototyping of new
features to analyzing their impact on our KPIs
● Create clear and well-structured product requirements, including user stories and acceptance
criteria for the engineering teams
● Coordinate all relevant processes between engineering, design and marketing to ensure
seamless progress from conception to launch
● Own project scope, milestones, timelines and deliverables and manage the communication
with the teams and the stakeholders
● Inspire and motivate the development team to deliver innovative and exciting solutions with
an appropriate sense of urgency (groom and prioritize the backlog, set sprint goals, plan
releases and upgrades, follow the progress of work and address production issues during
sprints etc.)
● Act as a product evangelist to build awareness and understanding
● Leverage buy-build-partner analysis to drive new product development and evaluate the
maturity of available solutions
Your Superpowers
● Experience
● 3 to 5 years experience ideating and executing well designed, tested, complete web
applications or back-end systems in a production environment
