Experience: 8+ years

Responsibilities:

1. Drive product development roadmaps and deliver high quality products

2. Drive product improvements through product usage data analysis, competition analysis, research,

customer feedback and organizational strategy

3. Wireframing and UX

4. Identify KPIs for the performance of the product (traffic, downloads, usage etc.) and ensuring that the

KPIs are met

5. Crystallize business requirements for products/solutions/features

6. Release planning and prioritization of release features/enhancements

7. Product review and testing

8. Interact with technology team/vendor to:

a. Get the product/solution implemented

b. Review progress made

c. Resolve user issues/queries

9. Interact with stakeholders in other functions like academics, finance, marketing, sales, operations,

customer support etc.

Skills and Requirements:

1. 8+ years of experience – ideal will be a combination of software development, product management

and digital strategy with some experience in the EdTech/Publishing/Library/Knowledge

Management sectors a definite plus

2. At least 4+ years of product management experience with enterprise SaaS products in areas like user

management, search, reporting, content management, partner integration, SSO and related areas

3. Should be skilled in requirements gathering and solutions for clients

4. Exposure to content-based products desirable

5. Excellent project management, problem solving and analytical skills

6. Strong business acumen and ability to understand consumer requirements

7. Good understanding of UI/UX, working knowledge of tools such as Figma is preferred

8. Good understanding of digital marketing and Google Analytics

9. MBA + /. or equivalent
