Key Responsibilities:
Familiarity with promotion and selling of FCP Products
Preferably the work experience with Defence & Aerospace customers(HAL,BEL,PSU, DRDO etc)
Responsible for building strategy to develop business for MICROCHIP/VI in INDIA
To Support Team on Pricing/Deliveries/Products
Training Sales team
Supplier relationship: Timely submission of required Reports/ Present QBR/Attend review meetings etc.,
Ability to keep Customers up-to-date and informed on legacy products and new product roadmaps & Track new business opportunities and samples.
Willingness to conduct market research intelligence exercise to ascertain competitor s information.
Ability to communicate and document well any and all contacts and issues with Engineers/ Customers.
Willingness to travel to Customer locations to promote demand creation essential.
Should be able to search for new clients who might benefit from company products or services and maximise client potential.
Develop long-term relationships with clients, through managing and interpreting their requirements
Persuade clients that a product or service best satisfies their needs in terms of quality, price and delivery
Support marketing activities by attending trade shows, conferences and other marketing events
Make technical presentations and demonstrate how a product meets client needs
