Job Description
Responsible for Monthly, Quarterly and annual target to maintain Top-line and bottom line.
Complete ownership of Revenue and Gross margin as per agreed business plan
Understand Vendor hierarchy and maintain relationship with vendor team
Understand vendor targets and strategize business in line with it.
Proactive approach with opportunity segmentation and involvement to maximize margin.
Proven capabilities to define market segments, identify business opportunities, device and plan marketing programs to reach those market segments, generate sales opportunities in the identified segments for physical security and surveillance products
Partner identification and partner recruitments for assigned business lines, Analyze partner performance and review
Help and organize training's and market development activities for vendors
Should work with Sales team for revenue generation.
Responsible to drive sales team in close coordination with the sales branches across country Inventory and pipeline management, AR management, Market share responsibility
Responsible for preparing product forecasts, and constantly monitoring inventory levels held at
central and interstate warehouses
Candidate Profile:
Diploma/Engineer (Electronics, Communication, Electrical, Power Electronics)
MBA qualification will be an additional advantage.
2 Year plus of work experience in Channels/Product Management role
Candidate from distribution background with experience in B2B sales will be ideal fit
Team-orientation
Ability to work in fast-paced start-up environment with minimum supervision
Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Preferred Industry CCTV, Enterprise Sales, Solution Sales, IT/ITES
