Manage online aggregators dashboard for Swiggy, Zomato, Dunzo, Cake Zone
2. Be the point-of-contact person for end-to-end online aggregators platform
3. Collaborate with the aggregators POC (point of contact)
4. Monitor discounts and other offers on Swiggy/Zomato/Dunzo/CakeZone and generate a monthly report
5. Ensure all products are listed online as instructed/guided by your manager
6. Assist in implementing standard development processes and guideline implementation
7. Collaborate with stakeholders and end-users
8. Dashboard handling for 20 or more locations pan India
9. Coordinate with cross functioning departments
10. Good coordination between the aggregators and Lounges
11. Coordinate with the Outlet Manager/Area Manager and ensure products availablity at the lounges
12. Check, Control, monitor the operations hours of the outlet. Ensure service availability during operations hours
13. Track, control and monitor cancellation order. not to exceed more than %
14. Prepare daily, weekly and monthly sales report
15. Onboarding and listing new outlets within the given timelines
16. Prepare a detailed monthly report like Sales, orders, cancellations details, growth, non-availabilities, top and low performing products etc
17. Control and ensure orders are accepted within the given timeline
18. Listing and delisting of the products on Swiggy/Zomato/Dunzo/CakeZone
19. Follow up payments and tax invoices
20. Increase business month on month
