Position Title: Head of Drone Product Development

Position Overview:

The Head of Drone Product Development will lead the product development team, overseeing the design, development, and deployment of innovative drone products. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong technical background in drone technology, exceptional leadership skills, and a passion for innovation. The ideal candidate will drive the product vision, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure the successful launch of market-leading drone products.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the product development lifecycle from concept to launch.

- Manage and mentor a team of product managers, designers, and developers.

- Ensure products meet market needs and business goals.

- Develop and execute product strategy.

- Oversee product development process and ensure timely, budget-friendly delivery.

- Foster a collaborative, high-performance team culture.

- Communicate effectively with stakeholders and gather feedback.

- Manage the product development budget.

Qualifications:

- Education: Bachelors or Masters degree in Engineering, Robotics, Aerospace Engineering, or a related field.

Experience:

- Minimum of 10 years of experience in product development, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within the drone or UAV industry or similar industries like aerospace automotive, EVs etc.

- Proven track record of successfully bringing complex technology products to market.
