Job Responsibilities:
Assisting and Leading the initiatives along with the team in Product Development.
Collaborate ideas with the team and the Managing Director/CEO.
Assisting in defining the strategy and roadmap for the organization
Target setting and implementation planning, including resource management and planning (.,
budgeting, revenue projections) and market research to determine and fulfil customer wants and
needs.
Conduct risk assessment, mitigation planning, and monitoring in collaboration with teams
Identifying and onboarding high-quality talent of relevant expertise for the organization
High professional standards with multitasking abilities and achievement oriented.
Ability to manage and assist in regulating various variables of start-up and set systems and
processes.
Contribute significantly to the vision of being the market leader in the preventive healthcare
segment.
Coordination between different teams to ensure agility.
Preference will be given to those who have a background in preventive healthcare like yoga,
nutrition, psychology etc.
