Job Responsibilities:

 Assisting and Leading the initiatives along with the team in Product Development.

 Collaborate ideas with the team and the Managing Director/CEO.

 Assisting in defining the strategy and roadmap for the organization

 Target setting and implementation planning, including resource management and planning (.,

budgeting, revenue projections) and market research to determine and fulfil customer wants and

needs.

 Conduct risk assessment, mitigation planning, and monitoring in collaboration with teams

 Identifying and onboarding high-quality talent of relevant expertise for the organization

 High professional standards with multitasking abilities and achievement oriented.

 Ability to manage and assist in regulating various variables of start-up and set systems and

processes.

 Contribute significantly to the vision of being the market leader in the preventive healthcare

segment.

 Coordination between different teams to ensure agility.

 Preference will be given to those who have a background in preventive healthcare like yoga,

nutrition, psychology etc.
