Product Analyst

We are looking for a motivated and energetic product analyst to assist us in

Analyze the products to Design, Develop and implement functions. This role will be responsible for continued development, maintenance and execution of our roadmap to help our external and internal users effectively use and scale with the Insights platform and SSO functionality. This role will work heavily cross-functionally with various departments such as Product Management, Engineering, and Marketing in identifying key usage trends on existing features and new product launches to help drive innovation, feature adoption, and user growth.

An ideal candidate will be highly analytical, previous success in a technical or user facing role delivering high quality products, and an interest in a career path centered around Product Management & Product Development.

Your goal will be to leverage tech solutions to meet organizational needs.

Product Analyst Job Responsibilities and Duties

1. Performs market research and collects customer feedback.

2. Evaluates products and forecasts performance.

3. Provides recommendations on product launch strategies.

4. Generates reports and presentations on results findings.

5. Monitors product performance.

6. Analyzes market data, trends, and behaviors.

7. Having understanding of agile.

Product Analyst Job Requirements

1. Bachelors degree required.

2. Minimum of 3 years experience in product analysis.

3. Proficient in MS Office and database programs.

4. Strong written and verbal communication skills.

5. Excellent multitasking and problem-solving abilities.

6. Exceptional time-management skills.
