What will you do?

Creative thinking of user’s conversational journey with AI-enhanced Conversational Voice Agent (Develop conversational flows on in-house tools based on the industry/business vertical use cases)

Work closely with the Product Management Team to improve product adoption

Lead data-driven strategy by collaborating with peers and senior managers to gather user insights & product requirements

Configure PinnacleWorks’s product for various Industries & Brands, following a high standard of delivery & quality

Track & report product KPIs and crisply and impactfully report on KPIs highlighting progress and pro-actively identify issues/improvement areas

Understanding client needs to reach a strong scalable solution

Maintain data integrity and ongoing quality control of delivered reports

QA reports for not only errors and issues in the product functionality, but also make suggestions on data representation

Define the product metrics to be evaluated and create reports & dashboards to present to higher management
