Responsibilities:
Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders: Work closely with clients and internal teams to identify product gaps and gather requirements. Conduct user research and market analysis to define user stories and prioritize features.
Product roadmap and backlog management: Contribute to the development and maintenance of the product roadmap. Manage the product backlog, ensuring that it is properly groomed, prioritized, and aligned with business objectives.
Understanding of technology: Possess a basic understanding of technology and the ability to work closely with development teams. Translate business requirements into technical specifications and collaborate with developers to ensure successful implementation of features.
SQL knowledge: Familiarity with SQL will be an added advantage, allowing you to perform data analysis and generate insights to drive product improvements and decision-making.
Run and monitor sprints: Oversee the execution of sprints and monitor the progress of development efforts. Identify and address any blockers or issues that may impede the timely delivery of prioritized features.
Collaboration with development and QA teams: Work closely with the development and Quality Assurance (QA) teams to ensure the timely delivery of prioritized features. Provide clear requirements and specifications, and perform user acceptance testing to ensure the quality of the product.
User training and support: Provide user training and support during product rollouts. Help users understand the products features and functionality, and address any questions or issues they may have.
Product documentation: Create and maintain product documentation, including user guides, release notes, and other relevant documentation to assist users and internal teams.
