Overview: We are seeking a highly competent and detail-oriented Technical Procurement Specialist to
join our team. The role involves overseeing the technical aspects of procurement processes, ensuring
that all products and services align with our organization's requirements and specifications. The ideal
candidate will be responsible for assessing, evaluating, and analyzing technical details in tenders,
working closely with vendors to ensure products and services meet outlined specifications, and
recommending improvements or alternatives when necessary.
Key Responsibilities:
Review and analyze technical requirements within tender documents and requests for
proposals.
Collaborate with internal team to understand technical needs and specifications.
Source and identify suitable vendors and products that match technical requirements outlined
in tenders.
Engage in discussions and negotiations with vendors to ensure the compliance of products or
services with the specified technical criteria.
Evaluate and compare product offerings to identify the best solutions that align with the
organization's needs and budget constraints.
Collaborate with the procurement team to ensure technical considerations are integrated into
the overall procurement strategy.
Maintain documentation and records of technical evaluations, vendor communications, and

Recommend alternative products or solutions that meet or exceed technical requirements when

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in a technical field (Engineering, Computer Science, or related field) or
equivalent experience.
