Position : Procurement - Officer/ Assistant Manager
Qualification : Electrical / Civil / Mechanical Engineer with 2 years full time MBA.
Experience : 6-8 years of latest experience in Procurement function with EPC companies preferably in Middle East.
Skill Set Required : In depth knowledge of Excel working, MS office, SAP – MM & SD modules.
Driving License : Local UAE driving license
Procurement Experience :
* Procurement management and spend management activities including strategic sourcing, supplier development and “end to end” Procurement management related systems and processes.
* Identify cost reduction opportunities, preferential pricing, payment terms, and partnerships to bring more value to the business
* Perform all local Procurement management and contracting activities including pre-qualification, tender management, supplier visit reports, supplier assessement, performance evaluation, negotiation and preparation of contracts and framework agreements.
* Actively engage with the business and develop key relationships with business stakeholders and strategic supply partners to assess Procurement risk, review future strategies, and identify potential cost reduction opportunities.
* Provide extensive support in Tendering activities in Middle East region for both bought-out items and Civil & MEP Contracting activities.
* Evaluation of SAP reports and generating MIS Reports.
SALARY : AED 4500 PER MONTH + Benefits.
