I. Managing Operations for Devices  Developing and Implementing Operation Processes at

Device manufacturing sites

 Evaluating Heat Map for the existing capacities vis-à-vis

Strat Plan and recommending Capacity enhancement

plans

 Coordinating Capex generation and approvals

 Ensuring availability of machines for Respiratory products

at Device manufacturing sites

 Device Inventory Management

II. Managing Supplies from JP in alignment with

units, Planning and Business Teams.

 Collating the 3 months’ requirement from units, planning

and business team and setting up manufacturing plans at

JP.

 Ensuring the ordering and supplies happen in time.



 Ensuring the availability of input material (RM & PM) to

keep the lines operational at JP.

 Managing Rejection replacements and ensuring CAPA.

 Managing the AVD’s and supporting company RnD for New

Product Development.

 Implement initiative for continuous improvement in

process and ideas for saving targets.

 Foresee risk and hence developing & implementing

strategies to mitigate.

 Resolution of supply issues from JP.

 Generating weekly & monthly reports and circulating with

concern stake holders.

III. Coordinating Strat Plan for Respi and B2B

North America Alliance Products

 Regular updation of Strat Plan

 Meeting with Capacity Planning for evaluating Capacity vs

Strat Plan

 Based on Heat Map for Respi and B2B North America

Alliance Products recommending Capacity enhancement

plans

 Tracking shifting of products to other sites for meeting

capacity demand

IV. Handling Special Projects related to Respi

Products

 Coordinating with RCI Team for Technical challenges on

Respi Products

 Project Managing such Special projects

 Tracking Process changes through Cross Functional Teams

V. Coordinating upgradation of Device
