Qualification: / Diploma – Civil/

Preferred Language: Telugu, English & Hindi (preferably). Fluent in writing and speaking Telugu and Hindi.

Job Description:

• Candidates with 10 Years of relevant work experience in Procurement in the Electrical and Construction Industries

(Transmission and Distribution Projects, Irrigation, Buildings and Under Ground drainage Projects)

• Floating inquiries to relevant sources to get the techno commercial details.

• Making comparison statements (CS) of quotations received from different suppliers.

• Negotiating technical and commercials with vendors, and submitting the comparative statement for approval.

• Getting approvals on PO’s and place orders with selected vendors and suppliers.

• Continuous follow up with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely deliver at sites.

• Developing alternate source of supply in critical time.

• Monitoring Vendor Performance.

• Maintaining and managing purchase MIS & Reports on daily.

• Monitoring DI & PO Quantities.

• Tracking PDC & LC Requests Submitted to F&A and time.

• Inter departmental coordination for smooth operations of the construction site.
