Oorjans proprietary and remote monitoring tools (IoT) track projects in real-time and offer generation history and preventive maintenance alerts. Our projects could be monitored by customers, the maintenance team, and financing partners. Oorjan, in a very short span of time, has over 4500 customers across 22 states and is growing very fast.

Job Description:

1. Lead and oversee solar EPC projects from inception to completion.

2. Collaborate closely with the engineering team, reviewing engineering BOQ in accordance with project requirements.

3. This role involves coordinating with various vendors / departments to meet procurement needs and optimizing cost-efficiency.

4. Conduct a thorough project review to establish delivery schedules / project timelines.

5. Facilitate the selection of I&C contractors with support from the procurement team.

6. Random visit to ongoing sites to ensure strict compliance and quality assurance.

7. Efficiently manage and guide vendors, engineers, subcontractors, and workers based on project specifications while also coordinating with clients.

8. Conduct daily progress reviews of works and delivery status of materials.

9. Preparation of reports regarding project status, maintaining precise records of project timelines and reporting to stakeholders.

10. Analyze, assess, and mitigate project-related risks.

11. Adaptable to work in accordance with on-site circumstances.
