Job Description:

We are looking for a proactive Purchase Executive to manage procurement operations efficiently. The ideal candidate will ensure a steady supply of high-quality raw materials while maintaining cost-effectiveness and supplier relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

Source and procure natural dye raw materials (plants, minerals, and other sustainable ingredients) from reliable vendors.

Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with suppliers to achieve cost savings.

Maintain strong vendor relationships and identify new sourcing opportunities.

Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment of materials.

Coordinate with production and R&D teams to meet quality standards.

Keep track of market trends, pricing fluctuations, and new materials in the industry.

Ensure compliance with environmental and regulatory standards.

Manage purchase orders, invoices, and procurement records efficiently.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

2+ years of experience in procurement, preferably in textiles, natural dyes, or sustainable materials.

Strong negotiation and communication skills.

Knowledge of sustainable and ethical sourcing practices.

Proficiency in MS Office.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
