JOB DESCRIPTION

Computer Knowledge : Word, Excel, PPT, Autocadd

At Least 20 years of procurement experience in construction and ideally interiors

Should have capacity of vendor sourcing across civil and interior trades

Should have civil knowledge

Must have good negotiation skill

Candidate attitude should be Goal Driven approach

Candidate should have experience in doing number of daily order, new vendors onboarding and daily bill processing etc.

Must have Two wheeler or 4 wheeler

Knowledge of Tamil, English and Hindi fluency

Should ensure team member and vendor happiness and discipline
