Position- Process Trainer
Experience- 5 - 7 Years
Location- Bangalore
Job Purpose:
Lead, Manage, Deliver & Coordinate New Hire & Existing employee training across the region.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Train employees on Soft Skills, Sales & Operations & Functional (IT Tools) Skills.
2. Conduct training for employees in the bottom quartile and enable them to deliver the desired performance.
3. Closely work with Corporate Training Team & deliver training program as per the guidelines.
4. Prepare & publish performance reports of training participants on a timely basis.
5. Conduct team-building workshops, Sales & Refresher Training based on Monthly Knowledge checks.
6. Implement relevant measures to achieve the desired level of Customer Satisfaction across the region.
7. Work closely with Corporate Training & Quality team to understand regional learning gaps.
8. Design Content & Develop training programs as per need analysis (TNA).
9. Discuss & understand training needs (TNI) by closing by working with concerned stakeholders.
Desired Qualification & Skill Requirements:
· Training Delivery experience of minimum 5 years.
· Full-time MBA. (Preferred)
· Proficient with Microsoft Office.
· Desired Traits: Self-starter, proactive, quick & adaptive, high on Interpersonal & Communication Skills.
· Training/ L & D certification would be an added advantage.
Travel Requirement
The job profile requires the candidate to travel across the South region.
