Job Description

Trainer Duties and Responsibilities

- Assist with assessing training needs for new and existing employees and identifying training

activities/systems to address competency gaps, as identified.

- Scripting and story boarding based on knowledge of learning theories. Content creation

- Establish networks and build relationships with internal stakeholders and team members within

the organization.

- Maintain a strong relationship with business leaders and cross-functional teams to ensure

flawless execution of training programs.

- Evaluate employees and create learning paths

- Proficiency of working with LMS

- Deliver feedback and adopt coaching methodologies for continuous improvement both for

people & process

- Prepare review presentation and participate in client/business reviews
