Work you’ll do

Responsibilities typical of an Assistant Manager on one of these projects could include:

• Use process mining technology to identify process inefficiencies and understand the root causes, always in close collaboration with the client and help them drive significant value out of using process mining

• Translate Client’s strategic objectives into high-impact process mining use cases

• Understand and able to interpret business processes and can easily stay on top of things despite their complexity

• Conduct Process Mining and Process Modelling using data-driven, automated, visualization tools

• Facilitate client interviews and client meetings to understand the business processes, request data and collect key performance metrics

• Define ideal processes and quantify impact of process changes (., automation, outsourcing)

• Conduct detailed analyses to draw conclusions, and develop pertinent and insightful recommendations

• Design deliverable content to reflect analyses conducted and recommendations

• Present findings to client leadership

• Anticipate risks associated with timely and high-quality delivery of project and escalate the same to project management and leadership

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from accredited university with strong undergraduate academic record

• 2-5 years of professional or consulting experience

• Minimum 2-3 years of professional experience working as SAP functional consultant in FI/CO, MM, SD module

• Minimum 3 years of experience with process mining, process mapping, process transformation, process sustainability
