Roles hiring for: Inbound Operations/Order management (Non-Voice process)

Designation: Process Executive / Senior Process Executive

Work Location : Perungalathur / Guindy ( It depends on the requirement )

Desired Candidate Profile -

Immediate Joiners or people with less than 15 days of notice period are preferred

Graduate or Post Graduate in any discipline - Should be all cleared, Standing arrears are not eligible ( Diploma candidates are not eligible to attend this interview )

1 - 6 Years experience.

SAP MM experience is must

Roles & Responsibilities:

Ensure Operational SLAs are met.

Ensure Quality and Turn Around Time requirements are met.

Ensure cut off timings for order placement / delivery etc. are met

Handle queries and escalations

Must be able to draw process maps and draft SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures)

Should be able to think creatively and work towards continuous process improvements and process automations.

Requirements:

Experience in SAP MM is must.

Excellent in Written & Oral communication

Expertise in Microsoft Windows OS & MS Office suite (MS Excel & Power Point)

Must be able to learn and grasp concepts quickly and should be a good team player.
