Position: Process Executive - Retail Assets [Housing Loan]

Experience: 3-5 years

Salary : 3 - 4 LPA + Bonus

Age : Max 30

Locations: Kolkata , Bihar , Asansol

Key responsibilities:

Accurately enter data and verify data related to customer and APF proposals with check list provided.

Oversee the process of customer and builder APF proposals.

Regular follow-up / clarification from Branch, sales team, DSA/connector.

Coordinate legal and valuation processes with relevant vendors.

Ensure all required legal and valuation documents are obtained and processed promptly.

Address and resolve queries from customers, builders, and internal stakeholders efficiently.

Provide daily, weekly and monthly MIS.
