We are seeking a skilled and experienced Process Engineer specializing in Process and Process Safety to join our team. As a Process Engineer, you will be responsible for the detailed design of an FPSO (Floating Production, Storage, and Offloading) facility. Your role will involve preparing process flow diagrams, P&IDs, equipment and instrument specifications, and other process deliverables. You will also be involved in process simulation, equipment sizing, safety relief calculations, and flare system design.

As a Process Engineer, you will be responsible for preparing process flow diagrams, P&IDs, equipment specifications, and other process deliverables. You will utilize software like HYSYS, Flare System Analyzer, PipeNet, Pipesim, etc., for process simulation and heat/material balance. Your duties will include equipment and line sizing, safety relief calculations, and flare system design. Participation in design and safety reviews, providing process support to other disciplines, and a strong commitment to safety are key aspects of the role. A Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, 5 years of relevant experience, and proficiency in relevant software are required. The monthly salary for this position is 14,400 AED (inclusive of all allowances).
Skills/Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in the oil and gas industry.
Proficiency in Process Simulation software such as HYSYS, Flare System Analyzer, PipeNet, Pipesim, OLGA, etc.
Work experience in major offshore projects/FPSO is required.
Knowledge of engineering computer programs and general business software.
Excellent written, verbal communication, and interpersonal skills.
Experience and detailed knowledge of relevant international codes and standards.
