Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced Lead Process Engineer to join our team for the detailed design of an FPSO (Floating Production, Storage, and Offloading) project. As a Lead Process Engineer, you will be responsible for the preparation of process deliverables, carrying out process simulations, participating in design and safety reviews, providing process support to other engineering disciplines, and ensuring compliance with relevant codes and standards. Your expertise in process engineering design, strong problem-solving skills, and commitment to safety will be crucial in the successful execution of the project.

Lead Process Engineer for the detailed design of an FPSO project. You will prepare process flow diagrams, P&IDs, equipment specifications, and other deliverables. Calculations, process simulations, and heat/material balances will be performed using software like HYSYS, Flare System Analyzer, Pipenet, and Pipesim. Equipment sizing, pump hydraulics, safety relief calculations, and process reports will also be part of your responsibilities. You will contribute to design and safety reviews, provide process support to other disciplines, and uphold safety standards. A chemical engineering degree, 15 years of oil and gas industry experience, and proficiency in process simulation software are required. Excellent communication skills and knowledge of international codes and standards are essential.

Skills/Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in chemical engineering.

Minimum of 15 years of relevant experience in the oil and gas industry.

Proficiency in process simulation software such as HYSYS, Flare System Analyzer, PipeNet, Pipesim, OLGA, etc.

Previous work experience in major offshore projects/FPSO is required.

Knowledge of engineering computer programs and general business software.
