Essential:

Process planning experience in any of the following areas,

- Sheet metal and Fabrication, Welding, Assembly lines, Machining.

Knowledge in the process of APQP and PPAP.

Working experience CAD software (Solid works and Auto cad)

Knowledge in Tools/Fixture design and Working skill in proving of Tools

and fixtures.

Participating design review and giving inputs from manufacturing point

of view to ensure the manufacturability. (DFM/DFA)

Process design, establishment and validation to have process

capability

Knowledge on Poka yoke, Kaizen and manufacturing basics.

Knowledge of Product costing and cost reduction techniques.

Teamwork approach towards the objective.

Preferred:

- Knowledge on time study, Line balancing, ergonomic studies, and material

handling methods

- Working experience with ISO 9000 / company

- Knowledge on powder coating and surface treatment processes.

- Knowledge about Lean manufacturing practices.
