Education - DME/BE (Mechanical/Automobile)

Experience - Minimum 5 years of Experience working in R&D department in auto component industry engaged in manufacturing of metal to rubber bonding components.

Job Description

� APQP Development - Conduct feasibility study for manufacturing and testing and identify resource requirement

� Iterations till Product handover to PE

� Capex to WCR [PROTO] - Follow APQP guidelines during proto development and ensure target dates for sample submission.

� Revenue generation - Monitoring of business generated due to new Products.

� Customer Satisfaction specifically on quality and timely response

� Tooling GIRN to WCR - Identify suitable Tool and Dies makers, Prepare time plan for all parts after getting proto approval from NPD, Submit PPAP documents to customer after verification.

� Learn new technics in design of product, tools and dies for continuous improvement in product performance and cost optimization.
