1. Handling of PMS System
a. Checking the TBT Videos and update in the PMS
b. Follow Up on pending work with Site Supervisor
c. If any work stuck from client or concern person then contact and coordinate
d. Regular checking the PMS for planned dates
e. Follow Up for Material availability and coordinate with Purchase Department
2. Handling of IMS System
a. Follow Up with Site team for Site Material Stock
b. Updating Site wise Material Stock in Site wise IMS Sheet
3. Help Desk Follow Up
a. Follow Up on Help Desk Ticket from Help Desk Raiser and and Help Desk Solver.
b. If any Support need to Help Desk Solver then coordinate with whom need support and close the ticket.
4. Handling of FMS - Indent / PO / MAT.
a. Follow Up with Purchase Department for Open Indent and update in system
b. Follow Up with Purchase Department for Pending PO's and follow up for upload the PO's in system
c. Follow Up with Purchase Department forMAT FMS Sheet update

a. Coordinate with Office Team if need any support
b. Coordinate with Site Supervisor / Site Electrician for Material Availability, for any query related to PMS or system
c. Coordinate with Purchase for any approval need from MD or any support related IMS
d. Coordinate with DME for new system, Old System flow or any Help Desk Solving related help.
e. Coordinate with Client or Client coordinator if any work stuck or need any help
