Job Description

SOME BASIC KRAS:

Coordinate and manage the flow of processes within the organization.

Ensure that all processes are followed correctly and efficiently.

Regularly follow up on tasks and projects to ensure timely completion.

Communicate with team members and stakeholders to gather updates and

provide status reports.

Maintain and update records in Microsoft Excel.

Generate reports, charts, and graphs to track process performance and

outcomes.

Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

Act as a liaison between different departments to facilitate communication and

coordination.

CANDIDATE SKILLS:

Strong ability to follow up on tasks and ensure they are completed on time.

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including functions, formulas, pivot

tables, and data visualization.

Ability to manage and analyse large sets of data accurately.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to effectively communicate with team members and stakeholders at all

levels.

Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks and projects

simultaneously.

Ability to prioritize tasks based on urgency and importance.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Ability to identify issues and propose effective solutions.

Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.

Positive attitude and willingness to support team members.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a

related field.

Previous experience in a similar role or in process coordination.
