Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and proactive professional to join our team as a Tally Process Policy Implementor. The role involves visiting Tally partner sites across the Vidarbha region, addressing their concerns, providing training, ensuring compliance with Tally's policies, and keeping them updated on new developments. This position is pivotal in maintaining strong relationships with our partners and ensuring seamless operations.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Partner Support and Issue Resolution:

- Visit Tally partner sites across Vidarbha.

- Identify and resolve team or operational issues promptly.

- Serve as the first point of contact for any challenges faced by the partners or their teams.

2. Training and Development:

- Conduct training sessions for partner teams on Tally products and processes as required.

- Ensure team members are well-versed in Tally operations and updates.

3. Policy and Process Compliance:

- Monitor and ensure that partner teams consistently adhere to Tally's company processes and policies.

- Provide guidance and support to implement compliance measures effectively.

4. Updates and Communication:

- Share timely updates on Tally product features, updates, and enhancements with partners.

- Ensure all relevant information is communicated clearly and effectively to the partner teams.

5. Relationship Management:

- Build and maintain strong professional relationships with Tally partners.

- Act as a liaison between Tally and its partners, fostering trust and collaboration.

6. Qualifications and Skills:

- Basic knowledge of Tally and its functionalities.

- Excellent problem-solving and interpersonal skills.

- Prior experience in training or support roles is an advantage.
