Job Location: - Collage More, Sector V, Kolkata

#Job Eligibility or criteria:-

#Age should be 20 to 40

#Qualification –#BBA or #MBA or other PG Diploma (#Logistics and Supply Chain Management or Shipping Management, Logistics Management)

#Shift Timing – 9:30am to 6:30pm

#Good Knowledge in Computer

#Good Communication Skill (Bengali, Hindi & English)

#6 Days Working

#Sunday Fixed off

#Male & Female both can apply

#No work From Home, Its only Work from Office

#Job Descriptions: -

#Inbound and outbound Logistics PAN India basis

#Taking Inbound Calls from Customer and Doing outbound calls to Transport carrier for tracking & updates.

#Entering updating customer information in database keeping records of calls.

#Resolving customers issues queries within agreed response time.

#Handling grievances preserve company’s reputation.

#Give Information to customer about Logistics booking enquiries.

#Solve Customer’s Enquiry about Logistics Charges enquiries

#Provide information to customer about House Shifting enquiries

#Provide information to customer about Bulk Courier service enquiries

#Remuneration & #Benefit:-

#Salary will be 12K to 15K Take Home plus PF, ESI & Medical and performance Bonus.
