We are hiring Process Associate (Mortgage underwriting) for our company SBL Knowledge Services Ltd

About SBL Knowledge Services:

Process Associate JD

Review loan files for completeness and accuracy including but not limited to application and closing package, disclosures and their timelines, compliance report,

Gather accurate data from appropriate documents, cash to/from borrower, fee thresholds/ tolerances calculations, reserves or impounds,

Determine and document loan conditions, communicate requirements, and/or decisions

Identify portfolio risks resulting from the client's underlying business practices

Very Good Communication skills both written and verbal.

Basic working knowledge of US Mortgage Residential disclosures, fees and closing documents Note, Title, Purchase Contract, Security Instrument, Valuation, HUD, Loan Estimate, Closing Disclosure, Insurance docs, Flood Cert
