Job Summary :

We are looking for a Process Associate Position who will be able to perform all the banking back end process.

Job Description:

Collect Production Data and Enter into Database

Review of documents being received from clients against Bank checklist

Follow-up with clients (on-call / e-mail) for documentation

Escalate pending cases to Implementation Advisor

Update SharePoint / tracker for latest status

Handover documents to Account Opening Team for further processing
