1. Understanding the Publication / Project Service divisions' process / methodology
2. The right person should have good Leadership skills, Organizational skills, good exposure in training the team mates, Empathy, Patience and Customer negotiating skills
3. Answers incoming authors / customers' calls regarding project requirements / escalations / payment issues, process related issues, service related problems and general author concerns
4. Responsible for maintaining a high level of professionalism with authors and working to establish a positive rapport with them
5. Update project / author related details in the respective excel sheets during and after each call
6. Should possess knowledge of mediation and conflict resolution techniques to solve author / customer complaints brought to your attention
7. Work with the management team to stay updated on project and process knowledge and passing them to the authors in a responsible manner
8. Should be a team player and responsible for the division's profitability by problem solving and turning frustrated authors into repetitive customers.
9. Develops engaging, creative, innovative content for regularly scheduled posts, which enlighten audiences and promote brand-focused messages
10. Coordinates social media messaging with advertising departments, senior managers, and quarterly or seasonal company goals
11. Manages social media team members, including copywriters and other content creators, by overseeing their work and offering guidance or direction
12. Audits and analyses social media presences, including digital advertising costs and returns
13. Analyses social media campaigns with tracking systems to gather visitor data and determine efficacy and areas for social media campaign improvement
