responsibilities:

* monitor and manage transportation processes

* coordinate with drivers, dispatchers, and customers

* update and track shipment status

* resolve customer inquiries and issues

* meet productivity and quality targets

* work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment

* utilize technology and software to manage transportation operations

requirements:

* 6 months minimum experience in bpo industry

* strong communication and problem-solving skills

* ability to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts

* ability to start immediately (no notice period required)

* proficiency in ms office and crm software

* strong attention to detail and organizational skills

* experience in transport tracking or related process preferred
