Job Overview:

Adam and Eve Inc. is currently hiring for the position of Process Associate in Coimbatore. We are looking for enthusiastic candidates who are fluent in Hindi, Gujarati, Marathi, and English and have a passion for sales. Freshers and individuals with up to 1 year of sales experience are welcome to apply. The position requires working the day shift only.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

�� Customer Engagement: Effectively communicate with customers in Hindi, Gujarati, Marathi, and English, promoting the company's products and services.

�� Sales Target Achievement: Meet and exceed monthly sales targets by converting leads into customers.

�� Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers, understanding their needs and offering solutions.

�� Sales Process: Manage and execute the sales process from lead generation, product explanation, and closing sales.

Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with the company's product offerings and services to provide accurate and relevant information to customers.

�� Follow-up: Ensure timely follow-up with customers, providing them with necessary information and support.

�� Reporting: Provide feedback and reports on sales progress to the management team.

�� Customer Queries: Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

�� Language Proficiency: Fluent in Hindi, Gujarati, Marathi, and English.

�� Experience: Freshers are welcome; candidates with up to 1 year of sales experience are also encouraged
