Job Overview

We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Printing Operator (Fresher) to join our team. As a printing operator, you will be responsible for operating various printing machines and assisting in producing high-quality printed materials. Key Responsibilities

Machine Operation:

Assist in setting up and operating printing machines, including digital, UV, eco-solvent, or offset printers.

Learn to adjust machine settings such as ink levels, paper size, and print resolution for different types of jobs.

Material Preparation:

Help prepare printing materials such as paper, vinyl, and other substrates for the printing process.

Load and unload materials onto the machine as instructed by senior operators or supervisors.

Quality Control:

Monitor the printing process to ensure that the output meets the required quality standards.

Identify and report any defects or inconsistencies in printed materials to supervisors.

Maintenance and Cleaning:

Assist with basic maintenance tasks such as cleaning printing machines, refilling inks, and ensuring that machines are in good working condition.

Report any machine malfunctions or issues to the maintenance team.

Learning and Training:

Participate in training sessions to learn how to operate different types of printing equipment.

Stay updated on printing techniques, machine operations, and safety protocols.

Job Coordination:

Work closely with the design and production teams to ensure that printing jobs are completed accurately and on time.

Assist in managing job orders, ensuring that the correct materials and specifications are followed.

Documentation:

Help maintain accurate records of job orders, machine settings, and material usage for future reference.

Qualifications and Skills

High school diploma or equivalent.
