We are looking for a new principal to join our team, Preferably Female ( Om Siva Saraswathi School, Panamalai - Villupuram ), and foster a healthy learning environment for our students. Your primary responsibilities will be to supervise our education staff and oversee day-to-day school operations.

Responsibilities

To develop and deploy appropriate Strategies, Action Plans to take forward the Academy and build to a truly world-class Academy.

To provide Leadership to build a strong scholastic and co-scholastic team along with administration to enhance the overall performance of the Academy.

Responsible for continuous assessment, benchmarking, innovation, and implementation of appropriate processes to constantly improve.

Effectively meet set expectations on Revenue, Cost optimization, and other finance-related matters.

Effectively manage People, Infrastructure, and other resources.

Enhance the brand Equity of the School and connect with Stakeholders, in a regulatory-compliant manner with a view to the future at all times.
