Responsibilities

Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that meet curriculum standards.

Teach foundational English skills including reading, writing, and comprehension to primary students.

Assess and evaluate student progress through regular testing and feedback.

Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that fosters student participation and enthusiasm.

Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding student progress and classroom activities.

Collaborate with other teachers and staff to enhance the educational experience.

Participate in professional development opportunities to stay current with educational best practices.

Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in English, Education, or a related field.

Teaching certification or diploma in elementary education.

Minimum of 3-4 years of teaching experience in a primary school setting.

Strong command of the English language, including grammar, vocabulary, and literature.

Proficiency in using digital tools and educational technologies for teaching and assessment.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with students and parents.

Ability to differentiate instruction to meet the diverse needs of students.
