2) Design and validation of Heavy Sheet metal (A/B/C Class Parts) Casting base structure tools.

3) Design and validation of Fine Blanking tools.

4) Design and validation of Hot Forming parts/tools.

5) Design and validation of Welding Fixtures.

6) Design and validation of Panel Checker Gauges.

7) Sound knowledge of Material, Process, Reverse Engineering & System Software.

8) Sound knowledge about GD&T.

9) Trouble Shooting of Tooling Issues.

10) Feasibility of Sheet metal and welded Assy.

11) Detail Simulation Analysis

👉 Desirable Skills:

Hand in minimum one of software - NX 12, Solid Edge ,Catia

1) Advance Modeling.

2) Drafting in software.

3) Advance Surfacing.

4) Sheet Metal Knowledge.

5) Brief Idea about CAE.

6) Progressive Die Wizard in NX.
