Job Role:

• Planning, assessing, organising and delivering activities and creating customised learning experiences.

• Facilitating the all-round development of all children, enabling them to reach their full potential.

• Supporting the development of the children within the EYFS curriculum.

• Key Person role for a group of children, actively communicating with team members.

• Creating an inclusive environment for both the staff, students and parents/careers.

• Utilising a range and balance of planning, teaching, assessment (recording and reporting) strategies.

• Planning children’s learning outcomes in the context of a coherent nursery-wide curriculum.

• Monthly/weekly/daily learning outcome goals and implementing into daily classroom practice.

• Execute the general plan of monthly/weekly/daily goals and lead and supervise planned activities.
