• Evaluates students’ academic and social growth, keeps appropriate records and prepares progress reports. Responding sensitively to child’s feelings and behaviours and meeting emotional needs.

• Facilitating the all-round development of all children, enabling them to reach their full potential. Supporting the development of the children within the curriculum. Producing accurate and effective observations to assess the children’s progress and its effectiveness

• Using a variety of resources representing multiple perspectives and addressing the individual needs of children with different levels and types of ability. Providing reassurance to new children to enable smooth transition into nursery.

• Utilising a range and balance of planning, teaching, assessment (recording and reporting) strategies. Execute Monthly/weekly/daily learning outcome goals, implementing and supervising into daily classroom practise

• Be accessible and available as a point of contact for parents or careers. Actively communicating with team members and creating an inclusive environment for both the staff, students and parents.
