Have willingness and enthusiasm to with young children aged between 2-8 years.

Prepare lesson plans, set things ready for children to work and facilitate the lesson plan everyday.

Be punctual and set things ready before children come.

Observe children and make notes for assessments.

Be flexible to change, create, add ideas based on how children are responding and regularly upgrade themselves on what's best for the child

Continue to learn different things based on every day's requirements

Be able to communicate with parents as and when required.

Tech savvy (The basics like MS Word, Power point, MS Excel and Internet)

Have a positive mindset and outlook

Additional responsibility:

If you have fluency in English and willing to join us immediately, take over the role of admin too, which requires you to handle enquiries, coordinate on getting things done at the center, do digital marketing etc. you would be additionally compensated and timings would be set differently
