Pragyaa is on the lookout for experienced & certified (NTT/ MTT) preschool teachers who can educate and take care of children between the age group of 2-6 years.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Create plans for daily activities in line with the school curriculum & undergo training when necessary.

• Be versatile and perform different activities like arts / crafts, storytelling, dramatics, dancing, etc.

• Foster a positive and healthy learning environment.

• Ensure the classroom and the learning materials are kept in a clean and safe condition at all times.

• Interact with other teachers and administrative staff as needed

• Communicate with parents regarding child development and progress.

Requirements :

• 2-3 years of experience as a Preschool Teacher in a daycare or preschool.

• Patient & supportive at all times

• Be familiar with all preschool teaching methods and the ability to innovate alternative methods.

• Excellent verbal & written communication skills

• Certification from a national organization preferred (NTT / Montessori)

• Up to date vaccinations.

• Should know the basic First-aid methods and treatments.
